I gave this book to my son and he really enjoyed it. He told me that the book was very informative and easy to read.
My daughter had me buy a copy of this book for each of her teammates both for motivation and reassurance. It is a fantastic book for the 12 year olds she plays soccer with - fitting in so many aspects of life for the almost teens too. I actually use it for a pick me up too.
